Information we handle

  • Account and profile details you provide.
  • Interview selections, typed or transcribed answers, scores, feedback, and session history.
  • Booking, transaction reference, entitlement, cancellation, and refund records. Payment-card details remain with the payment provider.
  • Security logs and privacy-conscious usage events needed to protect and improve the service.

How it is used

We use this information to deliver purchased services, personalize practice, generate reports, prevent abuse, communicate operational updates, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI interview data

Answers may be processed by an AI service configured by CorpoLearn to generate questions or feedback. Do not submit confidential employer information, credentials, financial data, health data, or other sensitive personal information. AI feedback is practice guidance, not a hiring decision or guarantee.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained only while needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable law. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact channel published on the website. Some transaction records may need to be retained.

Before production launch, the site operator will publish the legal business name, postal address, privacy contact, and any jurisdiction-specific notices required for the markets served.
