A credit that has been started or consumed is ordinarily non-refundable unless the service failed. Unused credits expire as described at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subscriptions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; access and unused credits continue until the current period ends unless stated otherwise. Partial-period refunds are not automatic, subject to applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Human interview bookings<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation windows and any interviewer payout consequence must be shown before booking. If an interviewer cancels or does not attend, the candidate receives rescheduling or a full refund of the affected booking. Disputed attendance may be reviewed using booking and meeting records.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requesting help<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send the account email, transaction reference, service date, and a short description through the published support channel.
